Located in Urla, this project is designed as a low-density residential complex consisting of 10 houses. The layout has been developed with consideration for the relationship between privacy and open spaces; the architectural language has been approached with a simple and timeless style that is in harmony with the natural fabric of Urla.

NG HOUSE
This mountain house, situated on Mount Nif, has been designed with sustainability in mind. The structure is heated with biomass in winter and passively cooled by natural wind in summer; the garden and landscape design are shaped around open spaces that provide privacy and are in harmony with nature.

HOUSE OF ONE
Located in Bornova, this penthouse duplex has been designed with a modern and minimalist approach. The layout is based on natural light and spatial continuity, while the choice of materials and details aims to create a calm and timeless interior design language that supports everyday use.

YU HOUSE
The design allows for independent use of the upper and lower floors. The guest-friendly layout creates a balanced separation between shared living spaces and private areas. The architectural language reflects a simple Mediterranean home approach, shaped by natural materials and minimalist details.

Located in Ürkmez, this project is designed as a low-density site consisting of 1+1 apartments. The layout is shaped by compact plans that connect with open spaces, while the architectural language is defined by a simple Mediterranean approach and the use of natural materials.

Located in Urla, this Mediterranean house offers a minimalist living design that emphasizes the continuity of indoor and outdoor spaces.
With its architecture that incorporates natural materials, shaded transitions, and open spaces, it aims to create a calm and timeless residential experience in harmony with the seasons.
